l Kemira has restructured its group management by combining the administrative organizations of Kemira Oyj, Chemicals and Paints and Coatings. A shared service center, Kemira Services, will be set up offering administration, finance, accounting, information technology, personnel management and engineering services.
In line with this strategy, Kemira will focus on intensive growth in pulp and paper chemicals, water treatment chemicals and paint and coatings, as well as continued development of industrial chemicals, according to the company.
